Contact Specific Spirits - an introduction

Contacting specific spirits is a specialised near inter-active spiritual medium service, conducted by email only, at present, to support those people who are keen to contact their loved ones residing in the spirit world (also generally known, in the Western Hemisphere, as the after-life or Heaven or “the other side of life”). Loved ones in this respect include close and distant relatives, friends, animals and pets.

Some people also ask Edward McNaught-Davis to contact their spirit guides and spirit helpers to find out more about them.

The process of contacting specific spirit(s) is sometimes known as “After-death communication” and “Spirit World readings”. Other terms and phrases may be applicable too. The true purpose of talking to spirit is to provide proof of survival after “death” to the person who has commissioned Edward to talk to a particular spirit, on their behalf.

How to Commission Contact Specific Spirit Readings

To initiate this service Edward requires that you give him, via an email, a name (first name and surname) of the spirit(s) you wish him to contact on your behalf and nothing else.

If the spirit is that of an animal or pet then Edward requires that you tell him the name and any nickname of the animal plus its gender and type (dog, cat, horse, rabbit, etc.,).

Edward will then determine whether the spirit(s) you wish to contact are available. If the specific spirit(s) is/are available then you may proceed with the reading but if the spirit(s) is/are not available then you may curtail the reading.

Payment (currently £45) is only required if the spirit(s) is/are available.

What to Expect in a Contact Specific Spirit Readings

As mentioned in the Contact a Specific Spirit introduction, this service is only achievable by email and so it is available, like all Edward’s psychic medium readings, to anyone over the age of 18 years old and of sound mind (see Terms of Use) irrespective of physical location, within the world. Distance is no barrier for obtaining a valid spiritual link.

The actual reading will be sent as a .pdf file attached to an email. It can be password protected at your request. Generally, the actual reading content will most likely comprise between three to five pages of its A4 paper equivalent or about, on average, 1,000 words of pertinent information, about the contacted spirit(s).

Quite often you will receive a metaphorical description of the spirit(s) in addition to a portrayal of their physical characteristics although the latter can often come through as being more symbolic than actual.

The reasons for this typically include that the spirit you require does not have enough energy to show himself or herself or itself (in the case of an animal or pet) to Edward or because they feel that you will recognise them better if they describe their character and or personality or their career, for instance, to you.

Sometimes the spirit might describe how he, she or it died for added recognition. There are times too when another spirit may act as a “go between” for the one(s) you seek because they are unavailable themselves. This sometimes happens with people who took their own lives or who died in tragic circumstances.

Don’t be upset if the right contact has been made with your specified spirit(s) but you receive no particular message from him, her or it. Not all will know how to transfer the required information to Edward by telepathic means and especially if they have not been in the spirit world for long or there may be a communication block or some sort of spirit control in existence. Other reasons may be applicable too.

Clairvoyant Answers to Specific Questions

If you require answers to specific questions then you are better advised to choose another type of reading such as, for example, a Personal Relationship reading, a Business Career Work reading or perhaps a General Life Pathway reading. Some people find that the Three Questions reading is sufficient for their needs.

Sometimes, your loved ones in spirit may come through in other types of email psychic readings, such as those readings mentioned in the paragraph above, for example.

It is not always a good idea to ask your loved ones for emphatic advice on how you should conduct your life or how you should get over a specific hurdle as many will only be able to offer an opinion, just as they might have done when alive on the Earth plane. In this respect, your loved ones may not have access to your life records and which are known as the Akashic records nor the necessary “know how” on how to read them.

Contacting Too Many Spirits At Once

Please note that if you ask Edward to contact more than one named spirit then your reading content will most likely comprise the same number of words had you just asked for one individual spirit. Asking Edward to contact too many spirits for any one reading will dilute the descriptions of each spirit that comes forward.

Added Spirit Placement Checks

One of Edward’s spiritual medium responsibilities is to check that any contacted spirit is on the right-for-them plane for there are many levels and dimensions within the spirit world.

Some spirits get stuck, some may be unaware that they are “deceased” and may be frustratingly trying to hug the earth plane and some, such as those who committed suicide, may have locked themselves away, so to speak, when perhaps there is no need to do so.

Talking to Specific Spirits

If Edward was to meet you, the sitter, in person, then no doubt an exchange of words would ensue and perhaps a lengthy conversation might take place and of course, words would flow out of respective mouths.

Talking to spirit, in respect of the Contact Specific Spirits service here, adopts a different approach. Most of the talking does not actually involve physically talking (through the mouth) at all. Instead, telepathy (or mind-to-mind) talking is used in conjunction with clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairsentience (clear sensing), clairaudience (clear hearing), claircognisance (clear knowing without really knowing how you know), clairalience (clear smelling) and on occasions, clairgustance (clear tasting).

Making contact with Specific Spirits

Edward, as a Spiritual Medium, is professionally trained to contact specific spirits but he makes no promises in being able to do so. Sometimes there are communication blocks or the spirit you wish to contact is unavailable, for whatever reason.

Contacting Specific Spirits Yourself

Unless you, yourself, have been professionally trained in making contact with a particular spirit, it is advisable that you seek a professional sensitive (another word for a medium) to act as the “go between” on your behalf.

Trying to do it yourself and not really knowing what you’re doing can and sometimes does, lead to frightening consequences.

Some people use Ouija boards to contact spirits and without putting up the necessary esoteric controls to protect themselves first.

Ouija boards used like this are akin to a public spirit phone and so there is no guarantee that you will not attract a negative entity whom will, most probably, mess with your life.

Some of the negative entities may be demons too. And then you might be contacting someone like Edward to rid you of demonic possession through negative energy clearance.

So stay clear of Ouija boards, even in jest, for they are not harmless games or toys.
